The Pavilion at Villanova University CITRS recognized St. Cyril of Alexandria, an Independence Mission School, located in East Lansdowne, at the Philadelphia Freedoms Tennis Event. Students and families enjoyed the tennis and had photo opportunities with Billie Jean King, American former World No. 1 professional tennis player and co-founder of Mylan World Team Tennis. This video was shared which highlights the students and school of character! St. Cyril is led by long-time principal, Sister Barbara Montague, who adopted the Character Counts program this past school year and did an outstanding job! Once again, we congratulate the teachers, students and families of St. Cyril for showing all of us that, indeed, Character Counts!
