Nichelle Davis Ahmaddiya
An accomplished education administrator, Nichelle Davis Ahmaddiya has worked with school leaders to identify and resolve complex issues, and integrate strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and values. Nichelle holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and risk management and insurance from Fox School of Business at Temple University and a master’s degree in psychological services from the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently studying for her doctorate in education at Walden University. Her areas of expertise include problem resolution, stakeholder management, education workshops and human resource development, grant writing, and program development. Nichelle has given presentations on the results of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) implementation, Classroom Management series, and co-presented on Trauma Informed Instruction. Additionally, she has experience with grant writing and close-out.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring diversity in cultures and faith.
